The ONE Club for Creativity was one of the first in the advertising industry to step forward with a program created to specifically address the issue of the diversity pipeline for creatives and co-created The ONE School. A first-of-its-kind, free, online portfolio school for Black creatives.

Popeyes also deeply reflected on how they could be a change agent as a brand. Across all of our brands, Food Styling stood out as an area with a massive diversity issue, and one big opportunity to help grow and develop a more diverse talent pipeline.
