What must I provide to participate?
A stable internet connection and device to participate in class, access to a kitchen, access to knives, and other basic kitchen tools.
Where do I get the ingredients?
Once accepted into the program, the school will handle the cost of all food needed in the course, including the ingredients for your final exam.
When are applications due?
By 11:59 PM on Sunday, September 19th, 2021
what is the schedule?
Classes are held online Wednesday evenings at 7 to 9 PM EDT from October 6th, 2021 through December 14th, 2021.
