Who’s Eligible:

  • You must be 18+

  • You must have basic culinary skills.

  • You must be willing to commit to the hours and work required.

  • You must be authorized to work in the US or Canada to participate in any post-graduation apprenticeship opportunities.

Apply:

  • Make a video that tells us about who you are, how your passion for food began, and why you want to be in the program. 

  • Knife skills are an important part of food styling. Make a video showing off your knife skills. Need a refresher? Click here.

  • Style a plated dish of your choosing. Make sure it is something you have readily available and will be able to remake for your final project.
